As each baby gift has been personalised just for you, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we made a mistake with your order, we deeply apologise. Please send us a photo of the fault to hellobabybeyou@gmail.com within two days of receipt, and we will send you a replacement or a refund immediately.
