Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

As each baby gift has been personalised just for you, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if we made a mistake with your order, we deeply apologise. Please send us a photo of the fault to or via messages on our Instagram or Facebook pages within two days of receipt, and we will send you a replacement immediately.

As each order is processed quickly to get your gifts to you as soon as possible, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds once orders have been confirmed.
